My dad got his stitches out today
The surgeon said that everything is healing well, the pain and swelling is more from the crush injury than the amputation. He goes back to work on Monday for light duty, so basically just dispatching. The finger is actually a lot longer than we expected, it ends right under where the nail would be, at glance it’s just a finger without a nail.
